The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We handle your data according to the european law General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, TKG 2003 (Austrian law). In this document we inform you about the most important aspects of our data processing.
(1) For security and data protection reasons, this website uses TLS encryption. This prevents third parties from intercepting and reading the data you enter during transmission. You can recognize the active encryption by the green padlock or similar symbols in the address bar of your browser.
(2) If you contact me via the contact form on the website or by email, I will store your provided data for the purpose of processing your inquiry and for follow-up questions for a period of six months. I do not disclose this data without your consent.
(3) The server that hosts this website stores information automatically transmitted by your browser in log files. These include:
This data serves solely for the technical monitoring of the web server (load, error detection, optimization, security) and is absolutely necessary for this purpose. It is not combined with other data sources, so it cannot be assigned to individual persons. The data is deleted after three months.
(4) I maintain online presences on various social media platforms to communicate with active customers, interested parties, and users, as well as to provide information about my services. When accessing the respective networks and platforms, the data processing guidelines and terms of service of the respective operator apply.
DATA PROCESSING BASED ON THE LEGAL PROVISIONS OF § 96 PARA. 3 TKG AND ART. 6 PARA. 1 LIT. B (NECESSARY FOR CONTRACT FULFILLMENT) OF THE GDPR:
(1) For the purpose of contract processing, the following data is stored by me: name, address, email address, language, purchased products, and order date. The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, I cannot conclude the contract with you.
(2) No data is transmitted to third parties.
(3) In the event of a contract conclusion, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the statutory retention period for tax purposes (7 years).
(4) The data of name, address, email address, language, purchased products, and order date will be stored beyond that until the end of product liability (10 years).
(1) This website uses the web analysis service Matomo, which is operated by ourselves. The data collected is transferred to and stored on our server. The IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymized (by deleting the last 8 bits). This makes precise localization no longer possible.
(2) This website uses third-party content and service offerings to include fonts or videos, for example. This requires that the providers of this content perceive your IP address because they could not send content to your browser without an IP address. The IP address is therefore necessary for the presentation of the content. The providers may also use the pseudonymized data for statistical or marketing purposes.
